About Our Team
Founded by former hospital administrators and operations experts, we understand patient flow, throughput, advanced analytics, and the operational reality of managing throughput and staffing.
Staffing and systems problems in an emergency department can lead to delays in urgent care, cause undue suffering, and even lead to loss of life. Everyone, at one time or another, has experienced delays in healthcare services, but for Medecipher co-founders Stephanie Gravenor and Sanjay Mehrotra, such problems led to a personal mission because of their past experiences.
As our company takes roots in implementing our solutions in emergency departments, we eventually intent to scale our solution across hospital departments, and even amongst many hospitals in the same healthcare system. Our goal is to deliver technology that allows clinical management to make real-time operational decisions. Leveraging decision support as our technological core, we also intend to build product and services that scale across the multiple decision horizons, following the example of our emergency department nurse staffing product. The intent is to deliver end-to-end products across the continuum of clinical operating decisions.
